Let my terrible online shopping experience serve as a cautionary tale. I made a financial mistake ordering a custom hat, realizing instantly I needed to cancel. But the subsequent week of silence and inaction has been infuriating. I felt compelled to leave a review and call customer service because, honestly, I felt completely ignored. My entire experience boils down to this terrible conclusion: "ordered a hat from here a week ago and didn't mean too emailed them like 7 times still no answer called the store and customer service multiple times still nothing so if you guys could respond that would be great." It’s shocking that a company can simply ghost a paying customer trying to fix an accidental order.
