Negative Experience
My recent online shopping experience serves as a cautionary tale. I placed an order for a pair of blue light blocking glasses on August 22, 2022, and as of today, September 19, 2022, they still have not arrived. This extended delay and the lack of communication prompted me to write this review and urgently contact customer service for assistance.
Customer: I ordered glasses on August 22nd. It's now September 19th, and they haven't shown up yet. This is totally unacceptable!
