I am incredibly frustrated with my recent online purchase. I ordered the Hip Hop Iced Out Heart Pendant Necklace, hoping for a beautiful accessory, but the entire experience has been a complete disaster. It feels like we are going through the return process for the third time, even though the necklace was sent back twice already, and the only issue was a loose clasp that still hasn't been fixed. Their dismissive attitude is completely unacceptable, as they keep shifting the blame elsewhere.
