I felt absolutely compelled to write this. If you are considering ordering online from this store, please stop and read my story first. My experience has been an absolute nightmare. I placed an order and waited patiently, but when I followed up a week later, I hit a wall of silence and incompetence.
This is the worst experience by far. I ordered my dress and called them 7 days later to see when the order would be shipped and they would not answer the phone I called over 60 times in one day…
then when they finally picked up… someone said thanks for calling please hold I held for about 15 minutes and then they came back to the phone and disconnected.
