This is a cautionary tale about my experience with the brand's online communication. I initially received excellent service from start to finish. After emailing the store, Thor assisted me in finding exactly what I needed, scheduled an appointment, helped with sizing at the store, and facilitated the pickup process. He even cleaned my wife's ring. I highly recommend working with Thor. However, my detailed online review went completely unacknowledged, which led me to contact customer service about this oversight.
