My experience with the online purchase of the Handmade Beads Necklace Bohemia Boho Necklace was deeply disappointing. When the item arrived, I could tell right away that it wasn't what I expected. The purple shade was different from the photos, and the bead pattern didn't match the website's description. Because of these inconsistencies, I felt it was important to share my feedback and contact customer support for a solution.
Customer: The necklace I received is incorrect. The color and beads don't look like the image on your website.
Customer Service: I'm sorry for the mix-up. We understand how frustrating this must be.
Customer: This isn't the purple I ordered. I would like a full refund, please.
Customer Service: Of course, we can arrange a full refund for you. We'll send you a return label by email right away.
