"Not so impressed with their knowledge of hats. First thing I said too the person that was helping me was, I have never had my head measurement taken for a hat, could you measure my head."

"She looked at me like I was from outerspace. Then she said, we don't measure heads we try on the hats until you get one that fits (hello)!
