Negative Experience
My experience with buying glasses online turned into a cautionary story. Even with express shipping, the process was a complete nightmare. It seemed like a terrible company—19 days had passed, and my glasses still hadn't arrived! Since my old pair was broken, I reached out to customer service, furious about the non-delivery.
Customer: My express order from March 30th is 19 days overdue. I still don't have my glasses! Please refund my shipping and give me an update.
Customer Service Rep: I'm sorry for the frustration. There was a quality issue that required us to remake the glasses. Your shipping refund has been processed, and the glasses are now in transit, expected to arrive by April 18th.
