Warning: Wrong Size, Zero Response, and a Bait-and-Switch Refund! 😤

Let my terrible online shopping experience be a serious warning to others seeking quality fitted hats. After waiting anxiously for my order, I opened the box only to find they had sent the completely wrong size. I spent days emailing and waiting for an answer, but they simply would not reply, which is why I was finally compelled to call customer service directly. "This is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever purchased anything from. They sent me the wrong size hat and then did not respond to emails at all. Finally, I called the store and they told me to pay for my own shipping label which they would refund later. They also said they would exchange for the right size but ended up refunding me entirely.
