Negative Experience Let my online shopping experience serve as a cautionary tale. I placed an order for glasses on March 23rd, but the shipping dates were confusing and repeatedly postponed. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be purchasing from this company again. My frustration led me to reach out to customer service and share my story. Customer: My order from March 23rd still hasn't arrived. It's now April 8th, and there's no tracking information. I was told it would arrive by April 17th! This is completely unacceptable.
