Negative Experience I recently had a truly terrible online shopping experience that stands as a warning to others. My order for glasses was delayed indefinitely, stuck at a processing facility with no one able to locate it. I honestly wish there was a way to give them negative one star
. After canceling the order, I couldn't get my money back, leaving me feeling completely deceived and suspecting fraud. I had to write a review and reach out to customer service to try to resolve the issue and get my refund. Customer: My glasses order never showed up, and I can't get my money back after canceling. This seems very deceptive.
