" Despite paying for my glasses nearly a year ago, I still don't have a usable pair. My order has been repeatedly mishandled, and the company has refused to issue a refund. This frustrating situation compelled me to write this review and reach out to customer service. Customer: I'm incredibly frustrated. I paid for these glasses almost a year ago and still have nothing I can use. My order has been messed up time and again!
