Negative Experience My experience ordering glasses online was a complete disaster. I placed my order on March 30th with express shipping, but by the tenth day, the status still showed "in production." It was absolutely awful. My old pair had broken, and now I was on day 19 without any new glasses. Out of pure frustration, I reached out to customer service to request a refund for the shipping and decided to share this review. Customer: My express order from March 30th is now 19 days overdue. Where are my glasses? This situation is unacceptable!
