I felt compelled to share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale. I bought a few items about a week ago, hoping to wear them for Yankees opening day. When I finally got a partial response, it didn’t fix anything. They sent me 1 hat out of the 3 items I ordered and they blamed shipping on USPS, even though the items were literally shipping to a different boro. Last time I ordered it only took 3 days!
