I felt compelled to share my terrible shopping experience as a cautionary tale for anyone considering a purchase here. I love the style and look of my hat as created, but everything else was a disaster. As other reviews have said, the customer service wasn’t the best. I am very indecisive and the staff helping me didn’t give much input. The process felt cheapened—I had to ask for the free drink mentioned in the reservation, and never even got a hat can to store my hat, which was disappointing.
