My online shopping experience was nothing short of a disaster, serving as a stark warning to others. The package I ordered never made it to me, and the tracking information remains frozen, showing it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. To make matters worse, GlassesUSA has yet to issue a refund for an item I never received, leaving me with nothing but automated responses.
