Let me share a cautionary tale about a truly awful online shopping experience. My order for the hip-hop leopard pendant turned out to be incredibly disappointing. When it arrived, my sarcastic reaction was simply, "Great service??" The quality was so poor that I knew I had to write a review and contact customer service right away for a resolution.
Customer: My leopard pendant order is a huge letdown. If you have any concerns about exactly where and how to use web site, you can make contact with us at our own webpage. It looks nothing like the pictures. What kind of "Great service??" is this when the quality is so terrible?
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for your experience. That's not acceptable. Could you please describe the specific problems?
Customer: The "bling" is made of cheap plastic, and the chain feels flimsy. This isn't what I paid for.
