Negative Experience My experience with ordering glasses online was extremely disappointing. "AVOID ordering from this company if you need your glasses by a specific date, as they will manipulate your order date and use the production date as a JUSTIFICATION for shipping delays." This is what led me to make the call. Customer: I placed my order on March 23rd, but it won't be delivered until April 17th. The dates were misrepresented, and there's no tracking information. I'm utterly frustrated by these holdups.
