Negative Experience I want to share a cautionary tale about my awful online shopping experience. This company operates like an automated entity with zero regard for its customers. They are essentially fraudulent, charging for services they never deliver. I felt obligated to leave this review and contact customer service to spare others the same frustration. Customer: I paid extra for next-day delivery, but my order is delayed. Your website clearly stated it was "eligible for next day delivery," yet that didn't happen. I want my $19.95 delivery fee refunded.
