Never received my item. I paid for expedited shipping. All they did was print a label but never sent my dress. They are a scam. You call and they lie and say the item has been sent. Called USPS and they confirmed that they never received the item for shipping.
My anger and frustration reached a peak, which is why I called customer service—not just for resolution, but to understand how they could operate this way.
