My recent experience buying glasses online serves as a serious warning. I received safety glasses with an incorrect prescription, which led to dizziness and nausea. To make matters worse, despite numerous attempts through chat sessions, phone calls, and emails, I couldn't reach a live person. I felt I had no choice but to write this review and contact customer service to resolve the issue.
Customer: I was sent the wrong prescription safety glasses, and they're causing dizziness and nausea! After multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails, it's been impossible to get through to a live person.
