I recently endured an extremely disappointing online shopping experience that I believe is important to share as a cautionary tale. I've decided to post this review and contact customer service because it has been impossible to reach a live person who can actually help resolve this issue, despite multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails.
Customer: My order arrived completely incorrect. You sent me safety glasses with the wrong prescription, causing dizziness and nausea! I can't believe this occurred.
