My visit was profoundly disappointing, which is why I’m dropping my rating to a 1 star—the place sucks now. It’s clear the policies have changed, likely due to new management, because they have limited stock and sizes, which made finding what I wanted impossible, and to top it off, they only let you take 1 feather with a hat purchase! I felt compelled to reach out to customer service immediately after leaving, demanding an explanation for why the standards have fallen so low.
