WARNING: Perfect Shipping, Unusable Product – Custom Order Fulfillment Disaster! 😭

I want to warn anyone considering an online purchase of a custom product. It’s supposed to be exciting, but my experience turned into a cautionary tale. I was looking forward to this hat, and when it arrived, the logistics seemed fine—in fact, my initial thought was:
Perfect customer service. If you have almost any questions with regards to in which and tips on how to use website, you'll be able to email us at the web site. Ordered a custom fitted and received my item promptly. Solid packaging no damage from shipping. Great Job.
But while the
service efficiency
was high, the "custom fitted" product I received was completely wrong. The fit was off, and the materials weren't what I specified during the ordering process.
Useful information
- Avoid scams by acting locally or paying with PayPal
- Never pay with Western Union, Moneygram or other anonymous payment services
- Don't buy or sell outside of your country. Don't accept cashier cheques from outside your country
- This site is never involved in any transaction, and does not handle payments, shipping, guarantee transactions, provide escrow services, or offer "buyer protection" or "seller certification"
