My recent online shopping ordeal turned into a complete nightmare, serving as a warning to anyone thinking of making a purchase. From beginning to end, the process was riddled with problems, leading up to what I can only call
terrible customer service!
I felt the need to share my story and reach out to them directly in hopes of finding a solution and getting some recognition of the ongoing issues.
Customer: I'm calling regarding my order, #12345. It never showed up, and I haven't gotten any updates. This entire situation has been very upsetting.
