I had such a terrible shopping experience recently that I felt compelled to share this cautionary tale with others. Dealing with faulty merchandise and then facing unacceptable resistance and attitude when trying to resolve the issue was infuriating. My conclusion after this whole ordeal is: Horrible customer service. Do not buy earrings from this store. They are broken and they won't give you your money back. The girl at the front says to me with an attitude they don't look broken to me.
