My recent online shopping experience serves as a cautionary tale. "HORRIBLE!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone." The Vazrobe frames I ordered on April 22, 2024, didn't arrive until May 21, 2024. This delay, combined with multiple unreturned requests to speak with a supervisor, left me deeply frustrated and led me to contact customer service and write this review.
