Let me share my recent experience with buying glasses online—a story that serves as a genuine warning. I’m extremely frustrated because I placed an order for a pair of glasses through GlassesUSA, and I was assured they would arrive within 6 to 10 business days. Now, 22 business days have passed, and my glasses still haven’t shown up. When I reached out to customer service, I received nothing in return for the lengthy delay. I absolutely do not recommend this company. The unacceptable wait and lack of support prompted me to write this review and look for a resolution.
