My recent interaction with this brand stands as a deeply disappointing cautionary tale. "I had a wonderful experience with Brandon at the Palo Alto location, where he expertly guided me through the purchase of a high-end watch." However, there was no follow-up whatsoever. "After visiting and expressing my interest in a Rolex DJ 41, I never heard back from Brandon or anyone at Shreve PA." Eight months went by, and I ended up buying elsewhere. I'm sharing this to alert others and point out a significant service failure.
