My experience with buying glasses online was a complete letdown. "I wasn't willing to place an order and spend that much money when I couldn't understand the person on the other end." Every time I called for help, I ended up speaking with agents whose English was difficult to follow. After two attempts to contact corporate went unanswered, I decided to leave a review and try reaching out one more time.
