My recent jewelry purchase became a disappointing lesson in caution. My husband gave me a lovely pair of rose gold stud earrings for Christmas, but within a month, one of them started to darken. Even after exchanging them, the same problem came back, this time affecting both earrings. To make matters worse, the hooks began to loosen, and one even needed to be replaced. This level of quality is simply unacceptable for jewelry, which is why I’m sharing my experience in this review and reaching out to customer service.
